Trek Procaliber 9.8 Mountain Bike 2021
Featuring an ultra-light, stiff, OCLV carbon frame, the Trek Procaliber 9.8 Mountain Bike is a rip-roaring hardtail elevated by the IsoSpeed decoupler, which sits between the top and seat tube to allow for more flex and give - ideal on chattery trails that need serious smoothing. The FOX Performance 32 Step-Cast fork absorbs bumps with 100mm of travel and, when a climb crops up, hands needn't be taken off the bars thanks to the remote lockout.
The Shimano XT 12-speed components are capable and responsive, with enough gearing options to handle challenging gradients without the need to grind, and a single front chainring makes for easier maintenance after that final run. Carbon cranks, handlebar and seatpost finish off this build with lightweight finesse whilst wider Kovee Elite 30 wheels ensure improved tyre support so lower pressures can be run for grippy traction. Shimano M8100 hydraulic disc brakes are reliable and accurate so descents can be tackled with confidence and receptive handling is a given with the stiff Straight Shot downtube, making for nimble climbing and capable cornering all ride long.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
