Designed for the nastiest, hardest hitting trails, the Specialized S-Works Enduro 29" Mountain Bike is based around a lightweight and strong FACT 11m carbon frame with balanced amounts of stiffness, front and rear, to ensure excellent pedalling efficiency and steering accuracy. The frame integrates a 170mm travel FOX FLOAT X2 Factory, Rx Trail Tune rear damping unit to soak up the biggest obstacles and nestles it as low as possible within the design to afford a more planted feel at higher riding speeds. The suspension format has a refined axle path and a progressive leverage curve to better handle significant impacts and grant more control over washboard-like terrain. Additionally, the excellent anti-squat characteristics of the rear suspension design guarantee maximum power transfer when the pedalling is furious up steep climbs and when approaching big jumps.

A FOX FLOAT 38 Factory fork partners with the frame, utilising its 170mm of smooth suspension to absorb rocks, roots and ruts with ease. The fork is linked to the frame within a geometry that includes a longer reach, a steeper seat angle and a slacker head angle to afford extra balance, composure and control. The geometry can be subtly tuned in accordance to the trail conditions by running the flip chips in the rear shock mount in the high or low position.

Stiff and rugged Roval Traverse SL 29” carbon wheels roll with ease over heavily undulating trails and are driven by SRAM's XX1 Eagle AXS 12-speed gear setup. This drivetrain shifts through its wide range of sprockets smoothly and accurately, thanks to its wireless electronic configuration. 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes stop powerfully in all conditions, and a RockShox Reverb AXS wireless seatpost drops the saddle out of the way when the riding is at its most technical.
